Dear Friend,

My name is Dr. Matt Gentry of PhysioPoint Therapy in Crown Point, Indiana. You may or may not have heard of me. Either way I think it's important to know I've just created a brand new program filled with secrets that will completely change your sports performance forever.

the name of my new program is called Sports Performance Mindset.

This new program is chock-full of information you won't find nearly anywhere else, if you find it anywhere at all. Because these secrets are what elite athletes use to place themselves in the right state of mind to perform their best during competition.

Inside Sports Performance Mindset you'll discover how to:

  • Handle Pressure

  • Increase Sustained Focus and Endurance

  • Change to a Growth (vs Fixed) Mindset and Importance of Failure

  • Overcome Adversity and/or Injury

  • Develop Techniques on Visualization, Goal Setting, Deep Breathing

  • Instill Self-Discipline

  • Conquer the College recruiting process

Pretty amazing stuff wouldn't you agree? And there's more...much, much more!

But why would you - or should you - listen to me?

Well, it's simple. I am a 2x Olympic athlete who has first hand experience with what works and what doesn't from the ups/downs I had with success and failure on my Olympic journey. What's more and what makes this program even more unique is I'll be combining my experiences as an Olympian with the knowledge I learned of the physical body becoming a doctor in physical therapy.  I can't tell you how many times in graduate school I would say to myself, "I wish I knew that about the body when I was competing."  My unique background understanding both the mental and physical aspects of sports performance lead me to create Sports Performance Mindset.

See, I used to think that knowing about mental skills was enough. But just like knowing how to bench press doesn't make you stronger, knowing isn't enough. Improving mental skills takes time and practice and this program gives you the tools necessary to do that.

Now, if you're wondering why I told you all it is.

I understand what it means to be at the bottom. On the other hand, I also understand how it feels to breakthrough and succeed. Because of this, I made a promise that if I ever discovered the secrets to becoming successful in your sport, I would share them with as many deserving people as I could.

And I've done that. I've already shared Sports Performance Mindset with several people close to me. You know, family, friends and a select few peers of mine. And I've enjoyed seeing the success Sports Performance Mindset has provided for them.

But, I realize that is only a tiny fraction of the people who could benefit from Sports Performance Mindset. Which is why I want to give you another quick "sneak peek" at what's inside.

Again, as you can see the information inside Sports Performance Mindset is nothing short of amazing. But, I don't want you to take my word for it. Instead, listen to what other people have to say about Sports Performance Mindset and Dr. Matt:

My son Mason was always a good athlete but middle of the pack competitor. Fortunately for him Coach Gentry moved into our area and we attended his camp which led to private lessons which always ended with a 10-15 minute mental talk. The results were immediate not only on the mat but school as well. His focus was better and confidence was high. In the 5 years he trained with coach he was a 4 time state placer in wrestling and 3 time all conference and all state in football. Thank you Coach Gentry!
Matt Gentry attained success athletically at the highest level possible because he attacked his athletic goals as he does everything in life:  fearlessly, passionately, strategically, and positively.  With a natural gift for teaching, I cannot think of anyone more qualified to pass along these ideals to the next generation.  Not to mention the simple fact that he is truly a great person to be around.
I was Matt’s college coach at Stanford University, and I can say with certainty that I learned more from him than he learned from me.  Matt’s positive approach to athletics and growth mindset made him both wildly successful and happy.  After watching him approach the sport, school, and other challenges in his life, I have changed my opinions and practices on coaching.  In fact, I am coaching my own sons with Matt’s mentality in mind.

Matt Gentry was one of the hardest workers I have ever worked with. His dedication to being the best is unmatched. What’s even more impressive is how he is able to share his experience with others to help motivate them to want to be the best they can be.
